    Geocells are geosynthetic materials with a three-dimensional honeycomb structure, it can lock in filler material to form a load-bearing structure.

Geocells have three-dimensional honeycomb structure. They are made of plastic strips connected by welding, injection molding, and other processes. During transportation and storage, they are folded, and when unfolded on-site, they form a honeycomb grid structure.

Unlike the two-dimensional geogrids, geocells, through their three-dimensional structure, provide lateral restraint to the filling material, forming a composite with a certain rigidity and load-bearing capacity. They have advantages in soft soil foundation reinforcement, slope protection, and retaining wall construction.

Geocells can be viewed as artificially constructed "honeycombs," where the soil and rock material within each cell is locked in, forming a load-bearing structure that significantly improves the shear strength and deformation modulus of the soil.

Our products can be manufactured according to GB/T, ASTM, ISO, and other standards, and all raw materials are pure new.

Production Process: Producing plastic strips and connecting joints.

The raw materials for plastic strips include PE, PP, and PET, etc. They are produced through extrusion or extrusion + stretching processes. The geocell can be fabricated by connecting the plastic strips at joints through welding, injection molding, or other methods.

Quality Control: The entire production process is monitored by automation. Strict factory inspections are conducted, to ensure that key quality control points fully comply with the standards.

  • Soft Soil Foundation Reinforcement
  • When constructing embankments, storage yards, and airport runways on soft soil foundations, geocells are laid at the bottom of the fill layer, forming a three-dimensional constraint system that significantly improves the bearing capacity of the foundation and reduces uneven settlement.
  • Slope Protection and Ecological Restoration
  • Geocells are laid on the slope surface, filled with planting soil and planted with grass, forming a vegetation-geocell composite protective layer that protects the slope and restores the ecosystem.
