Warp Knitting Fiberglass Geogrid
Warp knitting fiberglass geogrid is a mesh reinforcement material, it's made from fiberglass by warp-knitting directional weaving process. It has extremely low elongation and high elastic modulus.
Fiberglass warp-knitted geogrid is a geosynthetic material made primarily of alkali-free glass fiber, using a warp-knitting directional weaving process to create a mesh-like substrate, which is then surface-coated (with modified bitumen or PVC). It possesses extremely high tensile strength, low elongation, and high modulus of elasticity (up to 67 GPa).
The core value of fiberglass warp-knitted geogrid lies in its extremely high rigidity—acting as a "rigid interlayer" in asphalt pavement overlays, it effectively suppresses stress and releases strain, making it an irreplaceable material for addressing reflective cracking in asphalt pavements. It is widely used in engineering fields such as asphalt pavement reinforcement, cement pavement reconstruction, airport runway reinforcement, and soft soil foundation treatment.
Our products can be manufactured according to GB/T, ASTM, ISO, and other standards, and all raw materials are pure new fiberglass.
Production Process: knitting directional weaving + coating treatment. The warp knitting process allows it to function even with minute deformations. The geogrid is coated with modified bitumen or PVC to improve its UV resistance and acid and alkali resistance.
Quality Control: The entire production process is monitored by automation. Strict factory inspections are conducted, to ensure that key quality control points fully comply with the standards.
