    Warp knitting PET geogrid is a mesh reinforcement material, it's made from PET filament using a warp-knitting directional weaving process.

Warp-knitted polyester geogrid is a mesh reinforcement material made from PET filaments using a warp-knitting directional weaving process. It is divided into two main categories: uniaxial and biaxial warp-knitted polyester geogrid. Their connection joints are bound together by high-strength fiber filaments, forming strong structural nodes that fully utilize the mechanical properties of the fibers. The warp-knitting process gives it extremely high tensile strength, excellent creep resistance, and superior load-bearing capacity, making it an ideal choice for permanent reinforcement projects such as high-grade highways, heavy-haul railways, and water conservancy embankments. Our products can be manufactured according to GB/T, ASTM, ISO, and other standards, and all raw materials are pure new resin.

    

Production Process: knitting directional weaving + coating treatment. The warp knitting process allows it to function even with minute deformations. The geogrid is coated with PVC or styrene-butadiene latex to improve its weather resistance and abrasion resistance.

Quality Control: The entire production process is monitored by automation. Strict factory inspections are conducted, to ensure that key quality control points fully comply with the standards.

  • Soft Soil Foundation Treatment for High-Grade Highways and Railways:
  • When constructing embankments on soft soil foundations, warp-knitted geogrids are laid at the bottom of the embankment to form a reinforced cushion layer, effectively restraining lateral extrusion, improving the bearing capacity of the foundation, and reducing uneven settlement.
  • Reinforced Soil Retaining Walls and Abutments:
  • Unidirectional warp-knitted geogrids are laid in layers within the retaining wall fill, with one end connected to the wall panel and the other end embedded in the stabilizing soil. The tensile strength of the geogrid holds the retaining wall in place, resisting soil pressure.
  • Prevention of Reflective Cracks in Road Surfaces:
  • When overlaying asphalt onto old cement concrete pavements, laying warp-knitted geogrids can effectively disperse stress concentration and delay the generation and propagation of reflective cracks.
  • Railway Ballast Protection:
  • In ballasted railway tracks, warp-knitted geogrids are laid at the bottom of the ballast layer, encasing the ballast and preventing its loss due to train vibration and weathering, thus improving track stability.
  • Irrigation and River Protection:
  • In the reinforcement of embankments and riverbank slopes, warp-knitted geogrids can enhance the integrity of the soil and improve its resistance to erosion.
  • Stable Bridge Abutment Foundations:
  • Bridge abutment foundations are prone to subsidence, leading to "vehicle bouncing" phenomena. Laying warp-knitted geogrids under the bridge abutment foundation can improve load-bearing capacity and stabilize the abutment.
  • Slag Dump and Tailings Dam Remediation:
