A high-performance seepage-proof material.
HDPE smooth geomembrane is our core seepage control material, manufactured in strict accordance with GB/T, ASTM, ISO, and other standards. Our HDPE geomembranes are available in various models, all made from high-purity new HDPE resin and a special anti-aging masterbatch (carbon black content 2.0-2.8%). Its smooth, flat surface provides excellent seepage control and superior chemical stability, making it the most reliable seepage control solution for environmental engineering, water conservancy projects, and industrial applications worldwide.
Production Process: Manufactured using internationally advanced multi-layer co-extrusion blow molding technology. This process ensures uniform composition throughout the thickness direction, eliminates any shortcomings in physical properties, and achieves ultra-wide widths (up to 8 meters or more), effectively reducing on-site welding seams and improving the overall reliability of the waterproofing system
Quality Control: The entire production process is monitored by automation. Strict factory inspections are conducted in accordance with standards, to ensure that the dimensions, appearance, and key properties (such as tensile strength and puncture resistance) of each roll of product exceed the standard requirements.
